The heritage-style inspiration in this home is inspired by the homeowner’s love for Old English Manors. The living room feels both grounded and luxurious, with deep green plaid wallcoverings, rich wood accents, and a sprawling Persian rug. Classic wingback chairs in warm brown leather complement the stately velvet green sofa. In the kitchenette, I transformed Italian-style faux cabinets into classic pieces with an earthy green shade that allows the texture of the wood to come through. A deep copper sink and faucet align with the room’s legacy feel. 

Elsewhere in the home, bold patterns and organic textures balance boldness with restraint — a floral pattern wallcovering in the half bath, an exposed stone wall in the kitchenette — for a generational country-home atmosphere. A space you can’t help but imagine hosting family and friends for cozy gatherings that linger well into the night.
